Fruity Boot has been driving me crazy with a weird eating phase for weeks. She won't eat much real food, just bottle after bottle of hot milk. She used to eat everything and every kind of vegetable. We got rid of the bottle (she was nursed for 15 months and we just use the glass bottle instead of a plastic sippy cup), and she got sick and dehydrated. So we caved. Anyway, the curse has been lifted. This recipe for
zucchini trifolati is so amazingly delicious. The basil makes a sweet sauce (I omitted the garlic), and a two-year-old and I just ate mountains of it. It is better than pie.
