I spent a whole day at the mall searching for a simple kid's T-shirt. It was impossible to find one without glitter or cartoons or modal or polyester. Enter the Long Sleeve T-shirt from Land's End. It is thick cotton and really well made. I liked it so much, I bought five of them. The amethyst color is really nice in person, not so grapey like in the photo. Land's End usually has free shipping sales and you can return items to a local Sears store if you need to. Some of their things have yucky chemicals in them--a whole range of clothes with wrinkle-free chemicals and their shoes have antibacterial chemicals. But this shirt is a winner.
